Butthole is a cat who was found by Harry Dunne in the alley when Lloyd was at the Mental Institution. Harry named him Butthole because his anus is visible when his tail is lifted up. Butthole was later dropped in Billy's apartment when Harry and Lloyd went to El Paso, resulting to him to devour all of Billy's birds.
