Fraida Felcher was Harry Dunne's love interest and the biological mother of Penny Pinchelow.
History
She was mentioned in Dumb and Dumber, and appeared in Dumb and Dumber To where we see that time has not been kind to her. She gave birth to a daughter, Harry thought at first that he was the father. Then, Lloyd thought he was the father when the duo were in El Paso. The biological father was actually a deceased high school friend of Harry and Lloyd, Peter Stainer (or Pee Stain for short). She is the mother of Penny and as everyone knows,she had many sexual encounters with many men, including Harry and Lloyd. Fraida sent letters for Harry, affirming she was pregnant and he assumed to be the father of her child,Fanny. She also sent letters to the Pinchelows, hoping Penny's answers, but Adele Pinchelow { Penny's stepmother}, framed the letters, answering Penny don't want to answer and stop sending letters. When she found Adele was answering rudely to her, she fought her, slapping her face three times. She also have sex with all men she had opportunity,as Bernard Pinchelow.
